Even in the homemade version they are preserved in extra virgin olive oil, but they refer to an older and more intense flavor.

Raw materials exclusively from Puglia from associated farmers.
Extra virgin olive oil.
Traditional recipe without artificial preservatives.

 

Ingredients: artichokes 63%, extra virgin olive oil 34%, garlic, chilli, oregano, salt, wine vinegar.
Acidity regulator: citric acid.
Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
