Wine obtained from the white vinification of 100% Gaglioppo grapes, organically grown, with a spurred fibula system.
After a short stay on the skins and a soft pressing of the grapes, it is aged in steel for about 6 months and 3 months in the bottle before being put on the market.
It is fresh, pleasant, slightly tannic, with fruity aromas.
