With the name Malvasia are indicated many vines, most of them white, geographically distributed a little throughout Italy. Although of different origins, all these vines share some basic characteristics: in fact they all present, even if with varying degrees of intensity, a spicy fragrance of musk and apricot and rather high sugar residues.
The wine obtained from the white Malvasia vine is straw-yellow with golden reflections. On the palate it is warm, aromatic, floral and persistent.
