Obtained from 100% Gaglioppo grapes, it was created to celebrate those who have been able to wisely pass on a noble tradition such as that of winemaking. It embodies all the strong personality of a wine with an elegant, soft character, but at the same time full-bodied. Aged in steel, then in French oak barriques for about 24 months, with subsequent stay in the bottle for 6 months before being put on the market.
