Wine obtained from a pure Gaglioppo, organically grown with the ancient sapling system and partly spurred cordon.
The ruby red color with garnet reflections is obtained from the long fermentation on the skins. Aged in steel for about 10 months with the following 6 months in large 25 hl French oak barrels and 6 months in the bottle before being put on the market.
It has a soft, velvety tannic taste and a good texture.
