Sealed package: 36 months per package stored in a cool place and away from sunlight.
Open package: 7 days in the fridge.
It can be used as an appetizer or side dish: draining the product and placing it on a plate, perhaps adding a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
It can also be enjoyed as a filling on pizzas and focaccias or with toasted and buttered bread or even to dress salads, pasta or rice.
