Tagliatelle are a classic format of the Italian culinary tradition, a typical dish for Sunday lunches, very often made by our grandmothers at home.

Filotea creates this format using a bronze die that rolls out a thick sheet with a rough and porous surface, capable of ensuring the pasta has a great capacity to retain the sauces.
